For as long as you own your vehicle, we hereby provide the following warranty. Your installation is warranted against defects in workmanship as long as you own the vehicle it was installed in and the replacement windshield is also warranted against stress fractures and defects in lamination for a one year period following installation. If you find that you are dissatisfied with stone chip repairs made by Butler’s Glass Inc. at any time for any reason, we will apply the cost of the repair to the purchase of a new windshield. Occasionally, attempts to repair a windshield may result in the chip becoming larger. In the event this does in fact occur, Butler’s Glass Inc. will not be held responsible for the break. It will be the responsibility of the customer to meet any deductible amount needed if the windshield is replaced. This warranty is good across the United States.

Bill’s Glass will deal directly with your insurance company, making it easy for you by saving time and hassles.

Commercial & Residential

Installation of commercial & residential IG units and metal are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. The original manufacturer’s warranty (including all restrictions and guidelines applicable to the warranty) applies to all defects in material and workmanship and provides against seal failure. For any such seal failures during the manufacturer’s warranty period, the original manufacturer will replace the IG unit, however, labor may not be covered and may be charged at the standard hourly rate. The warranties provided by Butler’s Glass Inc. and by the original manufacturer do not apply to any IG unit installed over 15 degrees from vertical and may not be transferred or assigned. The manufacturer’s warranty is subject to a visual inspection to verify validity of claim.

Door Closers: Door closers are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of installation except damage caused by vandalism, accidents, theft, acts of God, or self-inflicted damage, abuse or use beyond what is considered reasonable by the original manufacturer.

Butler’s Glass Inc. warrants installation of its residential glass systems, including windows, doors, mirrors and shower/tub enclosures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

* Please note that any work, improvement, alteration done by anyone other than a qualified Butler’s Glass Inc. technician will void Butler’s Glass Inc ‘s warranty. Customer is responsible for limiting damages, should a problem arise with your installation please contact Butler’s Glass Inc. immediately to schedule an assessment of the issue. If for any reason we would be unable to make the repair or replacement we will refund the original purchase price of your glass. This will be the extent of our liability.
